Professional Philosophy
A good teacher cannot begin or continue
to inspire learning without being a learner. A good teacher must constantly
learn what is new in the discipline. In fact, a good teacher often helps to
create new knowledge. To live this belief, I must continuously examine my
teaching methods and find new ones.
I
am an open-minded person and I believe the best profession in the world is “Teaching”,
which can come as a teacher, lecturer, coach, mentor, or resource person, educating and strengthening others. The great scientist once said as a teacher,
“I do not teach my students, instead I make them the environment for them to learn.
The profession I experienced, never gets old and gives self-satisfaction.
I aim to bring an open mind, a positive
attitude, and high expectations for my students each day. I believe that I owe
it to my students, as well as the entire society, to bring consistency, thoroughness,
and stimulation to my job in the hope that I can ultimately instigate and inspire
such qualities in my students.
